Cusick takes Doot to a further forward future, surprising some teens in a car heading to a concert, Doot getting cozy with 1 of the girls pretty quickly. Meanwhile, Thorneypaws manager, S'Lada is told Thorneypaws can't physically play, because holos were the only way it was done, now. S'Lada's getting kicked out of the building when he wishes to "pay any price", Cusick appearing. S'Lada offers 10% of everything off Thorneypaws, upon revealing she was a cat woman-looking

and vocal artist.

Doot was sitting at the concert when he's poked by an injection needle, whoever watching activating it, Doot sitting back down. As the 1st act begins, Cusick isn't impressed by the talent. When it's time for Thorneypaws to perform, Cusick considers checking in with Doot, but the manny asks for him to watch the show with him, so he does. Thorneypaws floors everyone and Doot breaks free, Cusick asking about what was happening, and Doot relaying the controlling chairs.

Cusick decides they'll deal with the possible source than release the crowd by hand. Meanwhile, the team attempting to control all this from behind the scenes and keep it from their boss, fail, the corporate guy disappearing the 2 as Cusick appears, the corp. guy asking about him as he pours some powder, a holo of Hendrix onstage, now. Doot begins danseing, Thorneypaws joining him, and when Cusick comes to himself, sees Doot timedanseing without knowing the effect, so he hurries to the stage. Hendrix is advised by Cusick to keep playing, since his spirit had joined with the holo.

As the new team had also been sent to stop them, they rock the place out, Hendrix reaching new depth of self, and literally rocking the ceiling down. Then the public announcement of everyone being in the system is given, so we'd all need to die to overcome the corporation. Cusick does a spell to take them further into the past to fix things, if possible, and the manny denies the possibility of people ever being able to change as they all disappear. We finding out after this 1! Sheesh, it's taking a bit of a nose dive for quality of story, but it's still an easy read. Here we go!
