Cusick and Doot are strolling through their most visited Mesozoic period as Doot hopes Cusick will show him the future, Cusick blowing a bit of metaphorical smoke at him, and claiming 1 day. Cusick instead has Doot socialize with the dinos, spell-safety ready just in case. Doot walks up to see dinomen, and humans hunting them with dinos around, as well. They see Doot when he attempts to save a dinokid, getting the attention of the humans who now wished to exploit him for his race.

As 2 men chat about how they were planning to do business being to build hotels and people could hunt in the alternate Mesozoic, they see Cusick, but are waylaid from shooting him due to their guns not working by magical means. Doot next changes a couple of humans into pigs, Cusick planning to fix what the men'd begun by setting up a spell with unicorn horn, Doot wanting to finish off the last human, but Cusick revealing he served a historical purpose by getting left with the dinos alone, his female turning back and they having a kid after he joins forces with the dino men. When Doot next learns this dimensions dinos get taken out by Cusick's cold, Doot decides to save them, even knowing they were unsaveable in any dimension. When Cusick attempts to change his destination, he changes dimension, but not location, so he decides it was time to unwind with some meditating.

Wise men are heading over dunes to give their crystal skull gift to a baby, when they're hit by an airborne plague, a bigger creature declaring its hate for wise men, when it chomps and is disgusted by the taste of Cusick. Varnae the vamp shares how he'd bitten Ogam once, as well, and didn't have a taste for timespirits. Cusick goes after the vampire and snatches the skull as he's about to smash it with his fist. Varnae is 1-track about the skull, so Cusick dares him to give chase, going straight beyond the atmosphere, freezing Varnae, and smashing him to bits upon falling to Erf, but this merely slowing him down, for regenerating over 30 years, but this allows Cusick to deliver the skull to baby, and in return is given forgiveness, which Cusick plans on sharing with Doot, once locating him again, and of the message of lurv always winning. In 1967, Koko is by herself in a palace, swimming naked, Doot not understanding her, but taken by her beauty as helicopters approach and shoot, Doot kissing the girl to share the tongues spell, he next losing her with dinoman in the explosion made by the copters.

Doot then has the chance to change the mind of a fellow from his tribe fighting in the war, but he gets shot in the head by the Vietnamese girl, Doot pleading for help from Cusick, but instead retreats into a different dimension for seeing how crazy people've become. Doot gets himself to space and onto a ship, he passing out, and an alien lady has him taken for experiments, since American Natives were 1k years extinct, perhaps. They learn whilst Doot's physical age is 16, his molecules were unique. The alien chick cap is after Doot's bod, he mentioning Cusick who finally appears, and offers to rid her of her curse for success, so releases Doot to him and eats the root given to her. Doot and Cusick vanish as Doot feels bad for failing the dino man.

This is as close to the last page I have, for now, this issue missing its final page, possibly with the back cover, but its definitely getting stranger, what with dino lady, and all. Onward!
