Doot has agreed to help King wizard Ogam for his daughter Pey, in last issue, all because Ogam is a former timespirit, he dying and Doot helping him return his blacksack to its origin, Tubal screwing everyone after speaking the magic words at the megaliths, the start of the spurtyn duyvel bringing rain, Ogam collapsing before being able to help, Cusick advising for free again, of Tubal needing to be sympathetic to people, Cusick then smokily vanishing to Tub's pleas to remain with him. Meanwhile, Pey is mouthing off about why they still remained where they were, and her pop's agreement being barbaric, Doot revealing her pop was actually dead, now, and her response uncaring for how much he'd been more concerned with the global scale than her. Doot comes back at her with a might bitchslap for disrespecting her pop, he next trying a spell he hadn't done before for, he vanishing both of them. Cusick reappears in Ogam's town, the people begging for him to help with the rain, he checking to find Doot, but only discovering Ogam, and deciding to bring him back to ask if he knew how to stop the duyvel, since he'd agreed with the townspeople to do so.

Tub listens to people drown, and welcomes the fate, when the Runesayer nearly takes his head, Doot appearing with Pey and throwing a fireball at them, he finding no comfort from Pey, who berates his idiocy and being a pussy. Doot attempts to move the monster creature in the sky back to its home in his spirit form, but the rain presses him back down, saving himself with a quick spell. Doot goes to find Cusick when he comes back to himself underwater. Doot returns to Ogam's chamber and kneels nearby, unable to come to terms with his frailty, and wishing Cusick could aid him, he currently sitting nearby with eyes closed.

Pey is still berating Tub, and he's considering Cusick's advice, he instead getting grabby, so Pey pushes him off and lounges on the bed. Tub watching peeps drown, he turning on Pey when she gives him more generalized insults, blaming her for the apocalypse, as well as himself, relating how her stringing him along had made him do it, and now he didn't even want her, now (up til 5 mins ago...). So, once he confesses he'd only wanted luurv, she finally fucks him. Hours after, he declares how she'd released his load into reminding him what was important, and he'd lose his life for her, she not wanting this, and Tub deciding to get the Runesayer's crew to allow her safe passage in pymt of all the gold they could withdraw.

She accuses him of fucking and leaving her, whilst he's only thinking of making the monster go away. What ends up happening though, is Pey is released by a rebel man, since Runesayer only wanted the gold, and gave her to her crew, she slices the rebel guy with an axe, Tub exploding in flames and falling off the balcony. Doot and Cusick were still in their dazes when the mindraven enters Doot, but the mindraven hasn't gotten Ogam's final moments for not having been there at the time of his death. Doot next decides to help Pey and Tub for attempting to save Pey, leaving Cusick to protest and wait up.

As Cusick materializes, Pey is jumping out after the be-flamed Tub, and both are saved by Doot, lowering them gently, then Cusick deciding Doot and he must bail, showing young man Ogam, to Doot's surprise. They view how Ogam'd brought the blacksack to being through the cuneiform words, Doot then seeing himself fall and bounce on a dino's neck, the 2 seeing as Pey insults Doot as they mystify. Cusick next summons the blacksack which was "the answer" to the duyvel. 70k years later, Pey and Tub are declaring their love and readying to take death in their own hands, and step into the currents.

Pey fortunately sees the shooting star bodies of Doot and Cusick, the duyver's flood drying upon Cusick opening the blacksack, Doot getting blasted by a spurt from the duyvel's eye, which lasts an incalculable amount of time. When Cusick explains the grieving process of the duyvel, he says more magic words at it, and it starts to float off, the townspeople celebrating. As Doot and Cusick walk away, Cusick is happy he had the blacksack, since it bridged dimensions. Pey and Tub are now engaged and planning to rule peacefully as Ogam, and when Doot asks where all the Duyvel's water went, Cusick shows 3 spots the watered flooded to, 1 being atop Noah's Ark.

So, a bit more of its time with the sexualized girl getting her mind changed by a horny pedo-obsessive sex fiend, but the story maintains its good fun, til the slightly less impressive inclusion of Noah's Ark. I'm still curious where this'll go, so: Away to the next!
