NeverBoy #2
By Shaun Simon

Julian Drag gets out of a taxi by Emergency, and heads to an art dealer, who declines to show his older works, but offers drugs if he wished to get his creative painting juices flowing, he hopping back into his taxi and driving off, chucking his paintings out as he goes. Drag tries to get a hot dog, but is short 15-ish cents, so is turned away. He picks up a couple students, 1 guy recognizing him and being a douche, he yelling about the famed artist to other students standing outside as the girl he'd ridden with overtips so he could do more art. When he gets back, he sees his landlord chucking his shit out of his apt, but then asks if he needed help getting it to his cab, Drag deciding to leave it for him to clean up.
Drag drives off and crashes into a tree, NeverBoy noticing Drag could see him so, has him drive him to a spot where he could score drugs before the Diner caught up to him, but NB's turned away. He next tries a 3d girl store, he asking a Vanessa for help. She doesn't have sympathy, though when she realizes Drag can see him and NB was still on drugs. NB then explains the situation to Drag, telling of a conscious diner, the gateway between worlds trying to keep his wife and son from him, which is why he requested drugs.
Drag then offers to get them himself, since he could use some extra motivation to make art. Vanessa warns of what could happen ending imagination if a human saw the diner and knew what its true nature was, but NB knows Drag was tagging, so Drag offers to get him drugs if he took him to the diner. Pretty pictures, THE END, but not actually, since there're 4 more; the rev up continues!
